iBeauty by Publicis is a brand of Digitas GmbH, a new "customized POE" agency for L'ORÉAL Germany GmbH. We manage, record, analyze and optimize all Paid, Owned and Earned channels of L'ORÉAL Germany.

  • The objective is to gain deep consumer understanding and inspire brand- and campaign strategy developments for iBeauty
  • You will be leading the insight generation on all stages of the consumer journey and will be translating insights into a creative and POE brief
  • Working closely and permanently with researchers and analysts to identify relevant humans truths
  • together with channel planners you will be co-creating an optimal brand- and campaign ecosystem across all POE touchpoints
  • Supporting iBeautys vision as a "channel neutral brand builder" for all L'Oréal brands to all partners - Inside and outside of L'Oréal and Publicis
  • You are responsible for ensuring that only precise and ingenious brand-building communication, based on insights, will be aired
  • Consolidates all quantitative and qualitative consumer data sourced by analysts and researchers and supports structuring information about consumers
  • Manages internal and third party sources, such as research institutes or client departments that provide input into insight generation
  • You identify consumer passion points and pain points along the consumer journey

  • Fully trained university degree in marketing / communications or equivalent education with adequate practical experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in fields of media, communication or respectively marketing, either agency-, marketers- or customers-based
  • Good knowledge of the beauty and / or luxury market as well as communication across Paid, Owned and Earned
  • The Strategic Planner is curious and empathetic by nature and interested in and capable of understanding human emotions and behavior
  • Open-minded and can moderate diverse perspectives
  • Inspiring to creative development
  • Capable of focusing on the essential and is able to get to the point
  • You can simplify complexity
