Performance & Engagement Manager, EMEA (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be handling the Performance Management Process and design and implement a local Talent / Organisation Development strategy as well as handle all related standards and processes in line with the global / regional frameworks in order to help the local organization achieve business goals by developing its employees.

  • Supports Executives with Performance Management, including quarterly goal-setting, engagement, development and retention
  • Action Plan Fulfillment: Develops process, schedule and template for HR and business leaders to self-report their progress regarding Performance Management
  • Identifies market trends and proposes market level action steps
  • Counsel: Advises HR and business leaders regarding issues that significantly impact performance, engagement or retention at the organization or leader levels
  • Develops and maintains training plan
  • Analyzes key talent and diversity metrics and makes recommendations for actions based on those insights
  • New Managers: Instructs and coaches new managers on their roles and reports regarding Performance Management
  • External Involvement: Stays connected to performance & engagement best practices and introduces new ideas to enhance our strategies

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in business or human resources management with several years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in one of these disciplines with relevant experience
  • Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies
  • Experience with performance management concepts and competency models implementation
  • A global mindset and intercultural communication experience gained through working in a global context


  • Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
  • Entrepreneurial skills, proactive attitude, pragmatic mind set and possessing a sense of urgency
  • Result driven and hands on work approach with a down to earth mentality
  • High initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management and in an international environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and high reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office (Excel) and SAP


  • Fluent in German and English, skills in other languages will be an advantage
