Head of Global Continuous Improvement / Global Enterprise Excellence.
In this new group-wide role, you are responsible for the group continuous improvement programme across our entire enterprise. You foster a culture of sustainable change activity. You work with key business stakeholders and form a team/network of CIP enthusiasts.
Your key responsibilities include to
- develop and implement a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy,
- spearhead the delivery of process innovation and CIP initiatives in a global organisation,
- facilitate making continuous improvement an integral part of our company culture.
You report directly to the Group COO, but your responsibilities extend well over manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain improvement topics.
You hold a university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on production engineering and supplemented by an MBA. You have a deep understand of the company wide value stream from first customer contact to product delivery. With a minimum of five years proven successful track record in the management of continuous improvement (CIP, KVP, operational excellence) in the international manufacturing industry, you are highly experienced in tools such as JIT, DFX, Lean, SPC, 6S, 8D. You are an accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
As an assertive manager with a high level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on results, you are looking specifically for the cultural environment of a larger, successful medium-sized high-tech company. A high willingness to travel and a good command of English are required, German and/or French is highly desirable. The position is based in Germany, Hessen, in the triangle Frankfurt, Siegen, Gießen. The financial and other contract conditions correspond to the importance of the position.
