• Preparation of project specific, technical solutions for the con­struction of High Voltage substations and overhead trans­mis­sion lines with grid operator, customer, and suppliers
• Choosing and planning of components and operating equip­ment for new High Voltage substations in cooperation with supp­liers and installation companies (primary and secondary equipment, construction engineering)
• Preparation of bills of quantities and statements of requirements, leading of negotiations
• Cooperation with other involved departments within the entire wind farm project
• Creation and negotiation of offers for construction and work, management of High Voltage substations
• Construction and installation supervision, monitoring of com­mis­sioning and performance of take-overs
• Project control under the aspects costs, quality and time
• Leading and closing of approval processes with authorities

• Graduated engineer (BA or MA) in Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in a similar position is a plus
• Experience in planning and construction of systems in the field of electrical engineering as well as High Voltage sub­stations
• Project management skills
• Excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to cope with pressure and working on one's own ini­tia­tive
