We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible: Senior Global Product Manager (gn)
  • Drive the development and implementation of global brand strategies and tactics, from e.g. opportunity assessment, brand planning, brand positioning to messaging
  • Analyse market insights, scientific data and competitive information with the goal to translate them into strategic concepts both at HQ and affiliate level
  • Serve as competent business partner for key internal stakeholders by e.g. providing relevant commercial input into clinical development and pipeline strategies to increase competitive advantage of MorphoSys' products
  • Evaluate early and late stage product business cases (incl. forecasting) to ensure strategy optimization
  • Maintain strong, fruitful working relationships with internal stakeholders including affiliates as well as external stakeholders (e.g. agencies, consultancies, but also KOLs, payers)
  • Scientific degree, preferably with postgraduate degree (e. g. Ph. D.)
  • >5 years of experience in pharma product management, ideally in the area of orphan diseases
  • Several years of expertise in the indication area of oncology/haematology and/or autoimmune diseases is a prerequisite for this position
  • Advanced knowledge in all aspects of (global) marketing and brand management, incl. brand planning, messaging, forecasting, market analysis
  • Ideally insights and experience with regards to the US market incl. the local customer landscape
  • Launch experience and/or pricing and market access knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to drive cross-functional projects and effectively manage project plans and meetings
  • Strong hands-on mentality and a passion for operational work, coupled with strategic abstraction and planning experience
  • Structured working style and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and a high willingness to travel
  • Proficient level written and verbal communication skills in English
