Job description

  • You will conduct analyses of the LATAM and German markets for importer and exporter opportunities
  • You will identify new sales leads, make contact, and pitch HandEX, including creating and delivering presentations and pitch decks, as well as full product demonstrations
  • You have or will build a strong network of relationships with decision-makers within importers in LATAM and exporters in Germany
  • You close deals, seeing every sales lead through to resolution
  • Gather feedback on the HandEX platform from potential customers and work with the tech teams for product improvements
  • Answer relevant questions and ensure customer satisfaction moving to closing sales
  • Monitor and report on sales-related key performance indicators
  • Travel to the import/export events across the world to meet with and connect with exporters and importers


  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English
  • You have previous experience in selling in an enterprise or logistics environment
  • You have a natural affinity for being the external face and point of contact with our customers
  • You have a solid understanding of the export market
  • You have strong problem solving skills and creativity with a self-starter attitude
  • You have an unwavering attitude to getting stuff done
  • You are a "people person" with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - people just can't help talking to you
  • You value driving ideas and change yourself versus falling into a set structure and processes
