We are expanding our team and are looking for four new colleagues to lead regional and global projects and drive change management initiatives within optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership in our factories, distribution channels and sales offices. The Full Potential Purchasing / More4Less (FPP/M4L) program is about challenging current state, changing behaviors and driving impact.
As Transformation Expert - FPP you will be a part of Danfoss Business System (DBS) and be assigned to specific projects running over a period of up to 6 months, sometimes you will lead more than one project at a time. You will act as a consultant and together with our Procurement Organization obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing Total Cost of Ownership.
Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Lead cross-functional cost optimization projects on-site to achieve strong EBIT margin improvements including sharing best practice
- Analyze data, define and agree on targets for projects
- Identify stakeholders, secure buy-in and support as required
- Facilitate workshops identifying potentials, support on maturing and validating for implementation incl. securing sign-off from finance community
- Support on creating implementation plans and drive execution to secure on-time implementation
You will be working in a multicultural environment with highly qualified and motivated colleagues and being part of DBS, which is a global organization within Danfoss that has continuously improved performance in Danfoss for more than 15 years. It is important that you have the flexibility and willingness to travel approx. 75% of the time in the designated region.
o be considered for this position, you have +7 years' experience within Procurement or Supply Chain Management in a large or medium - sized organization. Ideally you have combined this with a background in a manufacturing environment. You hold a relevant Master's degree.
