On behalf of our client, an established financial services company in Zug, we are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, in a centrally located office, with perks such as free lunch a their premises.

Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and preparing meetings
- Handling calls and correspondence
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting with the organization of team events
- Booking travel arrangements

The ideal candidate:
- previous office management, reception or administration experience
- fluency in German and English
- strong communications skills
- positive and friendly attitude
