You will implement and negotiate offers for increased global planetarium projects with our regional partners. This includes the processing of international tenders and the management and monitoring of the entire sales process. You will professionally manage the requirements of our customers, advise them of the possibilities for the implementation of their requirements and translate their requirements into technical specifications.
As the project manager you are responsible to the customer as well as interfacing internally in order to ensure the success of the project and to continue to act as the point person for our customers even after implementation. In addition, you will further develop the marketing and product strategy together with the internal team and represent the ZEISS brand at conferences and symposiums within the planetarium sector.
You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or in the field of civil engineering. You have successfully gained the relevant professional experience in all sales processes and are highly motivated to take over and optimize these processes on your own. Your aptitude and affinity for complex audiovisual systems drives you and you can be successful in project management. Your manner of working is characterized by being highly independent with a strong sense of responsibility, proactivity and structure.
You also bring with you:
- a firm knowledge of the sales module of an ERP system (ideally SAP modules MM, SD)
- a willingness to travel worldwide with an open-minded approach to other cultures
- business fluent in German and English (other languages advantageous)
- excellent communication and team skills as well as a hands-on approach to your job
