The department, Credit Corporate, is responsible for the credit analysis and decision on behalf of Daimler Mobility AG (DM) Group companies in Germany and in Italy. Our customers are large customers of fleet management and operational leasing services.

The following topics fall in your area of responsibility as Credit Analyst on behalf of Athlon Italy:
  • You are responsible for the evaluation, analysis and presentation of the risk situation of credit exposures for the customers of Athlon Italy
  • To this end, you compile credit decision applications for the responsible credit authority levels and committees, including the assessment and judgement of the financial situation of Athlon Italy customers (prospective and current)
  • Using your delegated credit decision authority level, you are responsible for deciding on the granting of leasing/rental approvals, respecting legal and internal policies and rules
  • It is your responsibility to analyze, monitor, and prepare internal credit line approvals as well as to monitor your assigned customer portfolio
  • In addition, you will participate in occasional customer contacts, via phone, electronic means or, in exceptional cases, in person
  • The negotiation of conditions of approval with Sales is a part to your daily business

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Finance, Banking or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the credit analysis and decision for Italian and international commercial customers with larger exposures
  • Profound understanding of the financial analysis of commercial customers, both Italian and international (local Italian GAAP and IFRS)
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English
  • German language skills are a plus
