HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

  • Work as a strategic partner with business leaders to manage their teams on a broad range of generalist HR issues, including learning and development related matters, such as trainings, coaching arrangements and conflict management
  • Provide proactive and reliable daily operational and advisory support to the organization
  • Proactive development and rollout of HR processes and internal guidelines in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage labor law related issues
  • Responsible for the recruiting process incl. employer branding activities
  • Manage the salary review, job grading, promotion and budgeting including workforce planning for the allocated business areas
  • Conduct talent- and succession reviews
  • Champion best practice management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices
  • Participation in or leading of HR projects


  • Degree in law, business administration (with focus on Human Resources management) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of German labour law
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to provide practical business solutions and build pragmatic processes to increase efficiency
  • Demonstrated problem solving, coaching and consulting skills as well as project management abilities
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build influential relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Passionate about creating a better organization and a team player with a highly energetic and optimistic personality
  • Fluency in English and German
