E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) manages and implements with around 1,700 employees the E.ON Group's group-wide digital transformation of E.ON SE, an internationally active private energy company that focuses on energy networks, customer solutions and renewable energies. EDT provides the technological platforms to support the international business activities of the entire E.ON Group. EDT is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.

  • Business Development: Design, development and implementation of our commercial model based on TBM method (Technology Business Management) in Apptio
  • Change Management: Challenge and initiate changes in the IT finance area of our commercial model
  • Reporting: Support of IT financial reporting processes across all involved business units and roles
  • Know How Management: Conduct trainings and User Management for Apptio
  • Benchmarking: Compare E.ON's IT costs compared to market peers and best-in-class industries
  • Business Partner: Act as client and counterpart for our near-shore "Accounting and Controlling Center"
  • Quality Management: Ensure that accounting and controlling requirements are aligned
  • Customer Orientation: High NPS for effective and valid EBS financial reporting
  • Special Tasks: Supporting in special tasks set by CIO or GM Finance Organization

  • Academic degree in Economics with a focus on finance and/or controlling or comparable qualifications
  • Experiences in commercial processes within IT functions
  • Profound experience in reporting, data and process management within Apptio
  • Experience in controlling and financial statement closing processes
  • Excellent language skill in English and German (verbal and written), skills in a further business language highly welcome
  • Entrepreneurship with a clear business focused attitude
  • Flexibility, highly developed team spirit, social competencies
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, willingness for continuous learning, proactiveness, readiness to take on responsibility
