Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate Controlling Processes and Concepts
  • Prepare and coordinate the execution of group-wide controlling processes (actual, forecast, budget), incl. calendar, timelines, process descriptions, and formulate system requirement changes together with team members
  • Develop and implement standards for controlling governance and guidelines (e.g. controlling handbook, metrics and functional definitions)
  • Drive further automation and standardization of processes and reports with a high degree of change affinity and changing focus
  • Prepare process outcomes' presentation with focus on target audience (e.g. executive and supervisory board)
  • Provide ad hoc analyses for group-wide issues to key stakeholders and further functional departments
  • Represent (among others) Corporate Controlling in S/4HANA project and other group-wide projects

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling
  • Several years of work experience in a similar role, i.e. controlling
  • In-depth experience with reporting systems (SAP BW / BPC)
  • Excellent know-how in MS Office products (especially Excel, VBA advantageous), ideally report and query design
  • Hands-on approach while being able to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment
