Location: Rüsselsheim (GER) or Poissy (FRA) with travel requirements

  • Training needs analysis of trainable populations within customers dealership base
  • Curriculum analysis, development and refreshment for commercial categories
  • Development of creative blended learning concepts to strengthen the Raytheon business case
  • Investigation of country training needs through Regional Managers and Country Managers
  • Creation of innovative concepts for TTMT (train the master trainer) events
  • Coordinate development and provision of proposals in response to specific training requests
  • Provision of training requirements analyses and responsibility for the sign-off points within the content development process
  • Establishing training requirements and creation of a yearly development plans
  • Present concepts, proposals and development status reporting to customer steering committee

  • Senior Professional - (~6 years experience) acting as an authority in the area of expertise
  • University level education or equivalent and approx. 4 years experience in learning and automotive industry
  • Proven people leadership and prioritization skills, as well as experience in working with remote and virtual teams
  • High level of service orientation, ability and willingness to travel on demand to meet RPS colleagues and customers (travel within Europe - approximately up to 50%)
  • Proficient language skills in English (native speaker or CEF C2), and French (native or CEF C2) desired
