Junior Enterprise Account Executive EMEA

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Junior Sales Executive to execute competitive salestactics to win business and increase our market share within assigned territory . The Junior Sales Executive helps build a steady and profitable growth primarily through new business. This personwill help to develop and execute the sales strategy and tactics, ensure timely closure of deals, andbuild the team and infrastructure to deliver while maximizing the sales of Nakisa HCM and Finance Solutions. He/she will develop and enhance contact with new and existing customers and build solidongoing relationships within their organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet annual sales quota for assigned territory
  • Developing and enhancing relationships with key executives and stakeholders
  • Close deals and win customers to use Nakisa solutions to resolve their organizationalchallenges
  • Work closely with executives and sales support teams to prospect and qualify salesopportunities
  • Lead the sales cycle and ensure delivery software solution offerings that exceed customerexpectations
  • Answering or arranging for the answer of RFI's and RFP's within stipulated timescales andaccording to stipulated delivery requirements
  • Working with presales consultants and others as deemed necessary to present in-depthdemonstrations
  • Manage tactical opportunities into long term strategic opportunities to achieve consistentterritory growth
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue for assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate and current records in CRM and keep your management informed
  • Give input for improvement of sales processes
  • Working with presales consultants and others as deemed necessary to present in-depthdemonstrations
  • Making product demonstrations and company presentations
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events and strengthen Nakisa's presence therein
  • Provide regular input to senior management on customers and competitive trends
  • Developing and promoting product image and awareness

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or comparable education
  • Experience in selling finance, accounting or ERP related software solutions to the enterprisecorporations at the Business Head and C-level (minimum 2 years)
  • Ability set objectives, plan, execute and measure results
  • Ability to sell to business decision makers in senior and executive roles
  • High potential to negotiate and to close deals.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus
  • Strong problem solving skills and strong drive for results - put your ideas into action!
  • Able to take responsibility for managing your own time in an effective and responsiblemanner and involve others where necessary.
  • Ability to think strategically and "out of the box"
  • Experience with both, direct and indirect (channel) sales
  • Flexibility to travel in pursuit of objectives
  • Comfortable by working in a creative, dynamic and interesting atmosphere in an internationalenvironment where initiative and perseverance is fully expected.

Assets:

  • MBA is desirable
  • Experience in the HCM or Finance Solution Market is a strong asset
  • IFRS 16 and Lease Accounting know how is a PLUS
  • Experience working with SAP
