M&E Shift Technician - Dublin

You could become part of a major service provider who are looking to add to their team on a contract for a well-known client, they are seeking an experienced M&E Shift Technician to join their team.
You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance of equipment on the contract including but not limited to the water systems, waste systems, heating systems, cooling systems, air conditioning, ventilation, gas systems and building management systems working on a shift of 17:00-01:30 Mon to Fri.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
Delivery of all planned maintenance of mechanical equipment in line with the contract requirements
Completion of self-perform maintenance tasks on the contract.
Implementation of reactive maintenance as required on site team
Devise preventative measures to avoid equipment breakdown and maintain business continuity
Management of onsite minor works projects
Attendances where required to assist project teams on large scale refurbishments, fit outs or new builds.Could this be for you?
Minimum Fetac Level 6, QQI, City and Guilds or equivalent trade qualification
Multiple years of experience working with electrical systems in an installation or maintenance capacity and knowledge of HVAC Systems
