Develop a formal CRM strategy and an annual calendar to continually test, learn and leverage in order to create a compelling consumer value proposition Daily management and execution of the CRM strategy Articulate clear business justification, prioritisation, and dependencies around the CRM strategy Collect business requirements in order to keep alive the relationship and for delivering sales actions with different goals (lead generation, conversion, up-selling, upgrading) Understand best standards and develop key performance indicators for all CRM initiatives Manage functionally the Business Development teams, in all countries of the group, guaranteeing that the negotiation of benefits improves the relationship and the loyalty of our members (rewards, collective purchases, others) Lead teams/consultants on special pr...
