rideOS is a globally-distributed technology company that is building a software platform to accelerate the safe, global roll-out of next-gen transport. Our team consists of highly accomplished and experienced folks whose achievements include co-inventing the iPhone, powering Tesla's Autopilot maps, and helping to start Uber's mapping and self driving vehicle divisions. Responsibilities:
  • Manage full deal cycle of strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs, autonomous vehicle companies, and transportation network companies. Includes pitching, structuring, negotiating, closing, and customer success
  • Build and maintain relationships with rideOS' partners. This includes identifying multiple key stakeholders within each organization, understanding their needs, and creating alignment with rideOS' product vision
  • Work cross-functionally with local engineering colleagues to address technical concerns of rideOS' partners / potential partners
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ teams on pricing, legal, and strategy
  • Surface regional partner product requests to HQ product team
  • Manage regional data partnerships to enhance the quality of rideOS' product
  • Participate in regional conferences, speak on panels
  • Willingness to travel across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region for 25-40% of time
Desired Prior Experience:
  • Track record of successfully negotiating complex strategic partnerships in a technical field/industry with positive outcomes
  • Track record of handling complex contract negotiations, specifically within the software industry. Including mastery of all key terms
  • Experience pitching engineering leaders
  • Domain expertise within mobility industry, and perspective on how industry will evolve
  • History of cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with executives in the mobility industry

  • Passionate about mobility or robotics technology
  • Product-level understanding of autonomous vehicle technology; or ability to understand new technologies/industries quickly
