The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality manager with high volume, high standard F&B / Events experience at managerial level within hotels or venues, with excellent computer and admin skills. You will be a very self-motivated professional with established contacts within the service industry. People skills will be your particular strong point, as this role revolves around maintaining excellent relations with clients, contractors, suppliers and staff.
This role requires flexibility to cover events as required.
