We have an exciting Brand Marketing Manager opportunity who will lead and execute new product launches as we aggressively expand our Supplements portfolio. Brand & market entry strategy, speed-to-market execution and brand building are key elements of this role.

The Brand Marketing Manager will champion collaboration across business units, and demonstrate cross-functional leadership across Project Management, Market Research, Research & Development, Applications Group, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, Regulatory/Legal, Sales, Finance, and Regional/Global Teams

The Brand Marketing Manager will generate a vision for their segment's portfolio and an action plan to drive growth, with bold innovation, flawless execution, and excellent day-to-day brand management basics including:
1. Leading project teams for new product launches and product renovations
2. Developing and implementing full funnel, omni-channel launch plans
3. Effectively working with cross-functional partners to manage the business needs (CX model, forecasting, analytics, etc)


Key Outputs:
Monitor local and global marketplace for new product innovations, competitor actions, lifestyle trends, and consumer/HCP/market insights
Layer on learnings/insights from the market place with market research, analysis and varied internal and external perspectives to define rich territories for innovation with deep grounding consumer/patient needs, attitudes and behaviors
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovation strategies, launch new products/brands, and meet required business objectives
Identify market research plans, clinical data needs, and the necessary financial and consumption analysis with Market Insights, Clinical Science and Finance teams to support & influence strategic plans
Apply consumer/HCP insights and market research to gain understanding of consumer, customer, channel and competitive environment
Develop and present the business case for new products and projects, from idea to launch, including product and packaging
Closely work with CCSD in developing a strong selling story to achieve distribution goals of new products
Accountable for the execution of specific marketing plan activities including consumer, trade and shopper programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure successful executions of the marketing strategy and brand equity building activities

Overall Business Management
o Thought leadership for assigned segments portfolio.
o Development and implementation of effective "go-to-market" strategies to achieve goals.
o Management of the business analysis and forecasting of assigned portfolio which includes development, tracking and reporting ship to consumption models; active participation in the Monthly Business Planning Process; and effective work with cross-functional partners to manage through ad hoc business needs.
o Identification together with Insights and Analytics departments of information needs for the business and execution of research plans that yield rich insights to be translated into actionable growth programs.
o Control over the marketing budget assigned to his/her area of responsibility
Talent & Cultural Development
o Promotion of a collaborative and constructive culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum of 3+ years in marketing and/or business consultancy experience consumer packaged goods (PCG), and/or consumer healthcare, with depth in innovation
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is required; Master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred.
? VMS (Vitamins, Minerals or Supplements) Marketing experience preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in launching a consumer product in the US market
Strong leadership, organization, planning, communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence both laterally and vertically across the organization
Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience driving business results including brand plan development, forecasting, quantitative and qualitative research, new product development/launches, implementation of communication strategies.
Solid problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and business acumen.
Strong knowledge of CPG marketing vehicles and marketing fundamentals, particularly high-impact consumer promotions, advertising, and packaging.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Role requires a team and enterprise orientation, as well as ability to get their hands dirty, get things done and own the work.
