Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll task you with supporting the organization's efforts to identify and remediate application security risks, evangelize security best practices, and help educate the larger engineering team on security fundamentals. You will work with various teams (Software, Architecture, DevOps, Quality and more..) to support security at all stages of the software development life cycle. You'll contribute to the vulnerability and threat management functions at Western Union. The goal of the role is to find vulnerabilities and drive out remediation together with the Business, Administrators and Developers. You'll serve as a technical expert for enterprise security operations, managing, reviewing, and building key management systems and assisting with strategic initiatives around future security infrastructure and tools.

For this role, you'll have 4+ years of application security experience. Including experience with application and network security/penetration testing tools and methodologies, and experience in secure application programming, code reviewing, and penetration testing web and mobile applications. Some experience in an AWS environment is also desired.
