Job Title: Financial Controller
* Report and reconcile daily revenue,
* Prepare daily management information for the hotel.
* Prepare monthly management accounts
* Variance analysis
* Accruals and prepayments
* Departmental P&L’s, gross profit
* Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled
* Prepare VAT returns, National Statistics and year end payroll
* Accounting year end
* Fixed assets
* Audit of daily revenue
* Responsible for payroll processing
* Report payroll costs by department
* Ensure credit control is in place to collect debts in line with company policy.
* Cash flow forecasts
* To prepare Annual budgets
* Hotel experience is essential
* Excellent attention to detail with good planning and IT skills
* 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday with flexible working hours if required.
