Junior French Speaking Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales, Salesforce Ecosystem, Salesforce Administrator, ADM 201, ADM 301, Paris

Junior French speaking Solution Engineer required to work for a fast growing SaaS organisation within the Salesforce Ecosystem based in Paris, France.

You will have experience as a Salesforce Administrator looking for an alternative role as a Salesforce Consultant/Pre-Sales Consultant in the French markets, or you will be working within the SaaS space, looking for a new opportunity within the Salesforce market. Read on for more details

Responsibilities:

Work directly with Sales Team by providing subject matter and product expertise on the company solution offerings

Help customers and prospects find a solution to their business challenges via their growing solution set

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Engage with customers and prospects directly when necessary to provide support for sales activities

Capture all relevant details pertaining to existing opportunities in support of Sales Team and facilitate effective implementation and support via knowledge transfer

Produce and/or deliver customer specific demonstrations, technical presentations and pilot/proof of concept activities

Travel to visit customers as required

Preferred background:

BS or BA degree is preferred

MUST be able to speak French fluently, along with English (preferably)

SaaS exposure OR Salesforce Administration

Salesforce Certification, nice to have (ADM201/ADM301, for instance)

High level of business acumen

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Some knowledge of cloud-based solutions preferred but not required

Some knowledge or experience of pre-sales or estimation experience, nice to have

Candidate should be self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed

Must have the ability to take joint ownership of the assigned accounts/opportunities with the Account Executive as you will eventually lead account management on technical issues

Ability to connect with customers to become a trusted technical advisor

Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, operations, etc.
