Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in B2B marketing.

5 years of C-level experience leading SMB and/or digital marketing efforts.

Experience planning and executing multiple marketing programs, including budget management.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing teams, campaigns, and programs. Experience in team building and strategic leadership.

Experience in thinking through the impact of cloud technology on organizations; demonstrated knowledge of SMB/digital best practices.

Ability to build, develop and run global-scale integrated, data-driven online marketing campaigns.

Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities; demonstrated capacity to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns and/or high profile, cross-functional projects.

Excellent communication skills and ability to strategically partner with leadership and stakeholders.

You are a business leader shaping the future of how Company Cloud Marketing leverages digital customer experiences across the user journey. You are accountable for results and are the lead across Company Cloud in reporting SMB performance and impact.

As a data-driven leader, you are an expert at developing customer insights, getting input from stakeholders, and understanding performance and results, and translating that into innovative strategies that drive outsized impact. You have excellent collaboration and influencing skills that enable you to work effectively cross-functionally across sales, product, web, legal, as well as the regional marketing and operations teams.

The Company Cloud Marketing team is responsible for managing the end-to-end inbound customer journey from awareness, to helping users find and get access to the right information at the right time, to partnering with sales to make customers more successful. Develop relationships with stakeholders across the company, orchestrate the global marketing strategy across regions, and partner with the Small Business Sales Leadership team on aligning marketing strategies with business plans.

Own the digital roadmap that helps SMB customers realize the full potential of our products and solutions. Drive exceptional digital customer experience, using data-driven marketing best practices, working closely with the extended marketing teams, regional marketing teams, and agencies.

Own the global planning, marketing performance and marketing spend optimization. Optimize marketing mix by analyzing the performance of all demand channels.

Inspire and engage audiences, in collaboration with sales, product marketing, and partner teams. Develop creative platforms for performance marketing within short timelines.

Know our customers by conducting business and customer analytics to support marketing strategy and lead special projects that test new marketing creative approaches.
