Director, Sales Enablement

We are looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to join the Operations team. This person will be responsible for maximizing sales team performance across our portfolio companies. You will work closely with our in-house operating team as well as with portfolio company revenue teams to drive a highly effective and repeatable process for hiring, onboarding, and ongoing rep development that will result in exceptional AE productivity.
Maximize the following metrics Speed to ramp for new AE hires, Percent of AEs achieving quota.
Build training programs to maximize these metrics; establish early indications into whether current efforts are trending successfully.
Create and evangelize a consistent sales process with standardized materials for all portfolio company sales teams to adopt
Uncover relationships between successful sales reps and the unique activities that contribute to their success
Provide guidance to portfolio company sales leaders and support implementation of Sales Enablement best practices, including playing a hands-on role in coaching
Coach portfolio company leaders to further develop their coaching skillset
Continuously test and contribute to Turn/River sales best practices. Share internally for application across the Turn/River portfolio.
Impact sale productivity in a structured and systematic fashion that will create predictable oCompanyomes.
5+ years' experience building and/or coaching highly productive sales teams in the B2B software/SaaS space, preferably at multiple companies
Expertise in establishing and communicating effective sales process
Deep knowledge of various sales methodologies
The ability to lead through influence
Highly analytical. You take a data-driven approach to sales optimization.
