Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience developing or implementing business applications.

Experience in system development in CRM or Customer Success space.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

15 years of experience gathering requirements and refining business processes within a Sales domain (egopportunity management, territory planning, sales incentives, compensation).

10 years of experience driving vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise systems and applications CRM or Sales space.

7 years of experience managing a team of business analysts, product owners, and/or engineering teams.

5 years of experience in Sales Cloud, with a preference of Salesforce Sales cloud.

Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (ie, analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

As the Director, Sales Compensation Systems, you'll be responsible for a team of program managers, business system analysts (BSAs), and data analysts who drive Cloud Sales Systems functionality related to planning, territory and quota, credit, and incentive compensation. This is a complex domain with many interdependencies and relationships to sales process automation, agreement management, order to cash, and data analytics.

In this role, you will work directly with executive stakeholders from Regional Sales, Sales Operations, and Cloud Finance, supporting these organizations and managing strategic initiatives to deliver capabilities that enable Cloud Sales to scale, grow, and manage performance. You will contribute business judgment, leverage a deep understanding of processes to guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the Cloud organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Company executives and other key stakeholders to identify strategic priorities for Company Cloud, and define internal and external business processes to achieve those objectives, specifically in the Sales domain.

Design business system solutions and collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to prioritize requirements and define the delivery roadmap.

Participate in systems implementation projects (ie, requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution).

Work with our line-of-business partners to drive adoption and change management as well as gather end users feedback. Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements.

Lead team of business analyst/product owners and work closely with the engineering team to deliver various Sales capabilities for Cloud.
