The Director of Channel Marketing is responsible for defining the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of global partner marketing programs that accelerate the Honeywell Voice growth strategy and drive revenue through partners. Primary responsibilities in this role include leading the creation and execution for strategic marketing initiatives, and helping to recruit, nurture and build the right partner ecosystem and marketing support infrastructure to ensure partners are able to drive opportunities. The Director will also oversee the effective management of the channel partner program budget.
You will be a team leader acting as an advisory across the partner organization, helping identify opportunities to collaborate on marketing initiatives and best practices. This person will also work to showcase the value of the partner ecosystem by capturing success stories and working across the organization to raise the profile of partners. The Director will team closely across Regional Marketing/Field Marketing and Offering Management to build and execute marketing programs that align with Honeywell Voice's goals and support the regional and global partner goals.
This position will use the full spectrum of marketing tactics with their channel partners to ensure achievement of revenue growth. This role requires the ability to serve as both a strategist and a hands-on participant, creating innovative marketing programs and executing effective marketing activities with measurable results.
Develop and deliver a world-class, results-based global partner marketing programs that support Honeywell Voice's business goals
Define and implement marketing campaigns that reflect Honeywell Voice's global partnering strategies
Lead the identification and creation of assets, tools, and resources to support partners in driving activities and business growth
Ensure sufficient content and supporting material is available to partners to drive improved performance
Communicate meaningful results from key marketing programs to key stakeholders/executive leadership teams
Work in close collaboration with the Partners' leadership team to enhance the ability to reach prospects and enable relevant, targeted campaigns
Design, implement and drive effective budget management processes
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
8+ years of experience in channel marketing
Graduate level degree
Effective team leader and individual contributor with strong teaming skills and willingness to share knowledge
Ability to embrace a growth mindset and inspire others to do the same
Ability to manage teams remotely and work effectively across an organization
Significant experience and understanding of the dynamics and operations of partner channels
Experience and understanding of the dynamics and marketing strategy required to building a thriving ecosystem of partners
Proven record of creating and delivering successful partner strategies with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives
Deadline and target/KPI driven, effective planner
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
