Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in Product Management or related experience.
10 years in delivering scalable enterprise systems with agile/scrum development methodologies.
Experience hiring, developing, retaining, and scaling a team of product managers.
Experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Experience, and enterprise cloud products (eg, Marketo and Salesforce).
Experience in defining and implementing a cohesive end-to-end digital strategy across the enterprise.
Experience in unified experience, personalization, and integrated AI/ML solutions.

As the Director, Product Management in Cloud Systems, you will own the vision, direction, and priorities to scale and radically transform Marketing and Digital Experience. You'll partner closely with cross-functional executives to align business and product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations. You will oversee a team of Product Managers to drive product success in partnership with Engineering, UI/UX, and Operations teams.

Define the product vision and strategy for Marketing and Digital Experience. Design and lead a multi -year roadmap, balancing short and long -term goals and investments to scale globally.
Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategy, end-to-end business process, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmap and managing expectations.
Partner closely Engineering, UX, Enterprise Architecture, and other internal Company teams to drive product and delivery success.
Analyze industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams. Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers.
