Director, Sales Executive - eDiscovery & Analytics

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for pursuit of sales within new and existing client account(s). The position will open new logos for Conduent, leading client meetings and be a respected advisor for clients on their eDiscovery and analytics positioning and integrated workflow plans. This role will encompass:
Growing relationships with Conduents largest Client(s) through cross-selling of new services and capturing new client logos, using consultative selling expertise.
Establish territory plan to sales goals, and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required pipeline reports and forecasts.
Supporting the development of marketing plans that will appeal to a variety of customers on a global basis in order to support sales and profit objectives.
Representing the organization with executives and clients establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external constituents.
Other duties as assigned.
5-10+ years of demonstrated experience generating growth with sales targets of $3-5+ million per annum or more and a track record of significantly growing revenue pipeline in eDiscovery in addition to AI, analytics, and/or data science transformation.
Experience selling solutions leveraging eDiscovery in addition to AI, analytics, automation, benchmarking, BPO, consulting, industry best practices and technology platforms, to help companies improve global operations, enhance data-driven insights, increase customer satisfaction, and manage risk and compliance.
Experience with a specialization in either healthcare, financial services, telecom, technology, or other data-intensive industries.
Experience helping clients define their eDiscovery, analytics and AI strategies to leverage the vast amounts of data available and convert them into meaningful insights to improve revenue goals and drive business process efficiencies.
A strong track record of achieving aggressive business and sales goals; growing and managing a thriving portfolio.
Subject matter expertise in eDiscovery, AI and Analytics solutions with demonstrated experience in solution selling to address a complex strategic challenge.
Proven Leadership in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.
Strong organizational skills; the ability to create an effective yet practical plan and then implement it; the passion to direct, organize, prioritize, and motivate a team around strategy and vision.
An excellent reputation for partnering with other service providers and practices, including various internal areas.
An established presence as a strong thought and people leader in the eDiscovery, compliance and analytics space.
A vision and a passion for using technology-based solutions to enhance operations for clients in a variety of commercial industries.
An ability to comprehend and address the clients issues from both a business and a technical perspective, and communicating to the client how Conduent Legal, Compliance & Analytics can help address these issues.
Ability to understand limitations of techniques and select the best approach according to business process requirements.
