Inside Sales Director Global

Lenovo is looking for a Global Inside Sales Leader who will be responsible for generating sales and working across all Global accounts. This individual will manage and lead a large organization of Inside Sales Managers, Hybrids, and Inside Sales Representatives in selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound methods. This position will be based in our worldwide headquarters near Raleigh, NC.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader, who thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit and insists on the highest standards in leading and driving customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Leader is hands-on, regularly engaging with both managers and individual contributors during key parts of the sales process to win and retain accounts.
Develop sales strategy and set aggressive goals to grow key opportunity areas where we compete
Attract, hire, develop and retain top sales talent
Create and implement sales programs and tools that motivate teams to perform at their highest levels.
Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Drive strategy to increase pipeline opportunities.
Build complex sales strategy to ensure long term and short term goals, objects and quotas are met.
At least 5 years sales leadership experience in technology sales (inside and outside) is required. IT Industry preferred.
7+ years experience in a quota carrying sales environment is required.
BS or BA degree
Previous field (outside) sales experience, inside sales experience, and cross segment experience preferred
Excellent business acumen, understanding of P&L and E/R and ability to run a sales cadence.
Position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue
