Regional Marketing Director

The purpose of the Regional Marketing Director is to develop and supervise marketing activities in a particular region. Works under the Corporate Marketing Director and assists with other assignments needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Knowledge of federal and state guidelines.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a LTC setting
Full knowledge on admission requirements and
Meets all health requirements, as required by law
Supervises and manages Marketers in a assigned region
Train all Administrators on marketing
Assist the Corporate Marketing Director with assigned tasks
Reviews and analyses census growth in assigned region
Review and analyze all referral logs in assigned region
Train and orientate new Marketing Directors on Daybreak policies and procedures in assigned region
Review and analyze all denials for admission to assure that company protocol was followed and the proper steps were taking in evaluating all potential residents.
Assist Corporate Marketing Director with organizing and setting up meetings for the marketing department
Maintains compliance with requirements in compliance program/plan
