The Divisional Director of Managed Care Growth reports to the Divisional President and is responsible for leading strategy and execution to grow our managed care patient population. This leader should be a strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, scaling organization. He/she will be an expert in Medicare managed care and have a history of significantly growing managed care lives and working successfully in a matrixed environment. Finally, he/she will be hyper obsessive about the Division hitting managed care targets and moving mountains (training, managing local incentives, managing external partnerships) to get there.

Responsibilities

Develop Sales and Managed Care Strategies
Develop and lead execution of strategies to grow new managed care patients
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Outreach Directors (ODs) and Divisional Director of Growth - Outreach and PRMs to execute these plans that will achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for new managed care growth
Partner with Central Outreach and Managed Care Treehouse Teams to design and execute Division Incentive and Recognition programs
Manage External Partnerships
Develop and manage relationships with Payer Sales Partners, Field Management Organizations (FMOs) and Insurance Advisors (IAs)to support field execution
Optimize Payer Sales and IA Channels
Lead AEP, Non-AEP, SEP and Retention initiatives
Work with health plan partners to plan and execute AEP and SEP activities
Develop non-AEP initiatives to drive managed care growth
Work with the Managed Care Treehouse team to develop retention programs
Identify Key Specialists for Contracting Opportunities
Survey regions and identify key out of network specialists that are hindering growth and retention
Work with Managed Care Ops and health plans to contract with these specialists
Develop reports that provide insights into managed care
Other duties, as assigned
What we are looking for

Expert in Medicare Managed Care sales
5 years experience working in or with Medicare Advantage health plans
Experience working with Insurance Advisors
A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude
Outstanding networking and relationship management skills
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Proven history of developing partners and/or relationships leading to business growth
Incredible level of organization, reliability and independence
Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM familiarity
Experience working on a multidisciplinary team preferred
Local knowledge and relationships preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not requiredBachelor degree required
Reliable access to a vehicle daily- travel between all regional centers is required
US work authorization
