Our New Business Director will act as the first point of contact between prospects and our sales team. An ideal candidate can determine where there is a potential opportunity for business and qualify, convert, and assign these opportunities.
Develop ideal customer profiles to improve inbound qualification efforts
Define metrics and workflows to supply Sales team with qualified prospects
Respond to RFPs for new business
Follow-up on Inbound leads through a predetermined cadence logging all applicable
5+ year of previous work experience (preferably agency) in any of the following
Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, New Business
Ability to build rapport with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
Experience developing responses to RFPs
Experience building decks for pitches and pitching directly to new potential clients
Amazing views from the 65th floor of the iconic Empire State Building
