Key stakeholder in product Go-To-Market (GTM) planning & execution
Develop monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans that support account objectives & KPIs
Able to think Companytally while collaborating with other leaders across the business to drive results (including GM, Business Planning, Marketing & Finance)
Manage sales forecasts and purchase orders
Create channel specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed overall sales targets
Analysis & internal reporting of weekly sell-in/sell-out performance to headquarters/management & finance
Develop, manage, and track budgetary needs to support sales and account plans
Align with customer channel leadership to identify & close new sell-out opportunities
Directly lead a team of carrier-focused account managers
Internal collaboration with retail sales leadership to ensure holistic coverage of carrier retail sales channel
Help devise and ultimately deliver training plans in the field
Bachelors degree is required
Minimum 10 years sales/account/channel management experience with at least 6 years sales management and 4 years individual contributor/quota driven. Robust experience in Telecom/Mobile carrier industry strongly preferred.
Ability to develop and manage budgets
Skilled at forecasting sales, tracking sell in/sell-out performance and ability to communicate
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience developing channel specific product launch plans with channel appropriate sales targets
Proven account/channel management and leadership with effective results
Experience developing sell through programs and tracking ROI
Experience developing strategic plans with specific experience executing the tactics
Nimble, adaptive, collaborative and strong self-motivation. Ready to act in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
