Director of Sales

This position will build and lead the U.S. sales team. You'll be integral to the success of our fast growing IS B2B SaaS business. The person in this role who succeeds will be an effective, empathetic leader with the ability to scale a sales team.
You'll be responsible for managing a team of account executives and sales development reps with the objective of increasing the number of new N. American customers who join the CoSoSys family. You'll own the recruitment, training, and optimization of top-talent account executives. You'll also ensure the team meets quarterly and annual goals, removing roadblocks and supporting performance.
You are a talent magnet, and high performance individuals want to work with you. You are able to build strong, repeatable processes that grow the CoSoSys family of customers with a predictable trajectory. You are data-aware, and you experiment relentlessly to optimize your work and the work of your team. Even though you are Laser focused on driving sales, you always start with the customer in mind. And you can sell. You are not afraid of taking ownership of key deals and showing the team you can do what you're asking them to do.
Recruit top AE talent into the organization
Onboard, train, manage, and support AEs in their efforts to grow new business for CoSoSys
Lead a team of AEs to increase sales each quarter
Work with marketing to align the sales experience to key value propositions
Build operational scale and excellence across the AE team
Report on pipeline flow and track effectiveness of your sales team
Foster a fun, high energy environment where AEs and SDRs can thrive and impact the business
Own and close key deals
Prior experience as a high velocity B2B SaaS salesperson and sales manager
Demonstrated track record of success vs. quota
Excellent communication skills across multiple modalities
Experience using CRMs required
