The Director of Content and Campaign Marketing is a key leadership role in Teladoc's marketing department responsible for bringing our story to life in a unified voice across all media channels and consumer touch points. We are looking for a storyteller who is passionate about deploying ownable, high impact content across the customer lifecycle. S/he must be equally as passionate about measuring and optimizing these efforts.
The director must be a member focused, data-driven, strategic marketer who will nurture and mentor his/her direct reports to reach their full potential.
What you will do:
Develop annual editorial calendar to deepen consumer engagement of Teladoc's clinical services, across the customer lifecycle
Lead content strategy and creative development of complex multi-media campaigns like the World Mental Health Day Tentpole Campaign and the Seasonal Flu Campaign - to accelerate consumer adoption of Teladoc clinical services
Develop email, blog and video content designed to shift consumer behavior and lead cross functional team to deploy content across activation, onboarding, seasonal, trigger based and peer advocacy campaigns
Develop an ownable voice of consumer and voice of our physician and amplify the value of Teladoc's clinical services
Define contact optimization strategy for members with multiple clinical services
Develop member personas and segmentation based on consumer insights and analytics to increase impact of our campaigns
Measure and communicate performance against key KPI's
Adopt a test and learn discipline to deliver continuous growth
A bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred
10+ years of Marketing experience
5+ years people management experience required
A nurturing people leader who will develop a high performing team
Self-starter who is comfortable and can thrive with white space
Curiosity and desire to question status quo
Ability to inspire a cross functional team and partners to bring to life his/her vision
A strong thought leader who can execute within compressed timelines
Highly data driven with experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights to inform business decisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively balance operational and strategic needs
Experience of leading in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a technology, media or high-tech organization)
Nimble, agile, rolled up sleeves - an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive change
Solid understanding of marketing principles in a B2B and B2C environment
