Director of Commercial Marketing

Schneider is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Director to identify new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts by keeping abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management. You will build the commercial business strategy around our CRM and Martech platforms to enable the sales team with innovative solutions to bolster productivity while acting as a core team member for commercial projects and initiatives. You will also lead a team of Marketing Business Partners and the commercial Lead Generation team. These teams are assigned to deliver plans and actions to meet commercial goals for specific service offerings, as well as brand management at the enterprise level.
About the role:
Develop and lead marketing automation and sales automation strategies for lead generation to develop
marketing qualified leads. Implement and continuously improve marketing automation platform for the
Manage campaign tracking tools while measuring ROI across campaign channels.
Work with cross-functional teams using CRM and marketing automation technologies to manage and
nurture the lifecycle of a customer.
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to drive
compliance and development of tools and processes (such as marketing analytics, data capture, solicitation process, segmentation, persona identification and content creation/delivery) to support the coordination and execution of commercial efforts (database marketing).
Provide leadership in implementing go-to-market strategy, segmentation and personas to improve the
sales funnel across prospecting, awareness and the customer lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
Background in sales operations/sales solutions background is a plus
Established history of effective, ROI-driven enablement of sales growth and retention.
Strong B2B marketing background with working knowledge of building and executing upon an ABM strategy.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales force automation and marketing automation tools such as Oracle Marketing Cloud/Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop/IBM Watson Campaign
Automation or others.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com B2B solutions and other CRM systems and processes.
Solid understanding of the lead to sales to post-sales process and understand multi-channel go-to market models.
Excellent email marketing and campaign experience is essential.
