Support Specialist - L3/L2
I am currently hiring for a Support Specialist for an urgent project on a 3 month contract (100% remote) for a leading IT consultancy offering competitive rates even in Covid-19 times
You can work from anywhere in the Eu (except UK)!
- Experience in OMADA Identity Management L3/L2 support.
- Support and operation of CIAM solution (corporate identity access management).
- You will develop standards to optimize existing services
- Support within the framework of Innogy IT - ITIL processes such as incident, problem and change management
- Create or collaborate on concepts, manuals and knowledge articles
