Real opportunities to progress your career come few and far between, for a multitude of reasons.
There is a need to balance so many factors when choosing the right role nowadays, that most of the time you may feel you need to sacrifice certain perks just to feel some sort of job satisfaction.
There are companies that will offer you a real chance at career progression alongside job satisfaction. That will offer you a salary package in line with your value. That will ultimately allow you to carry out your training and accreditation in a commercial setting.
I'm working with one of those companies.
As a Platform Engineer within this organisation, the variety of projects you will have the chance to work on will give you exposure to all aspects of modern tech.
We're looking for an infrastructure background with a move into the DevOps space over the last 3-5 years. Working with AWS or Azure as your primary cloud platform is essential, with commercial experience around Docker and Kubernetes. You should be comfortable with the building and deployment of your CI/CD pipelines.
Hopefully you'll have a keen eye for automation, all the best engineers seem to do so. Overall it's the passion for our tech space that will set you apart. The culture is important, and if you're looking to be a valued member of the team, this is for you.
