CRM Administrator - Perm - Greece - €50k + Benefits etc/NEG

Provision of development, configuration, administration and application support for CRM applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Click Dimensions and C2 call center. Responsible for issue and defect resolution, environment management, enhancements and future solutions and features required by the business

Application Support:

Ongoing third-line support of key applications, including defect resolution, user training and identification & implementation of process improvements Programming/software development:

Configuration of applications in line with the agreed road-map with Head of Systems Architecture and Business Applications.

Manage development of Click Dimensions and C2 telephony platform. Business analysis:

Interfacing with Business to translate requirements into technical specifications. Security Administration:

Administration of user base, ensure changes to Opera and CRM work & configured (Rooms, VIP codes, Preferences etc). IT Operations: Application support for existing applications:

Management of environments (Dev, Training, Pre-Production & Production).

Monitoring and Alerting.

Release management and application regression testing.

Transition of knowledge to IT Help Desk. Technical Specialism:

Maintenance of technical skills in key business applications, particularly MS Dynamics (including third-party plugins) and other applications as they are implemented. Ensure server integrations and office365 integrations work.

Degree level or equivalent qualification. Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional. Experience of the provision of application support in blue chip environment. Specifically CRM Microsoft Dynamics, including the installation, configuration of CRM including workflows, UI customizations, ability to create reports, business analysis skills and best practice within CRM. Experience of testing, including creating test scripts, status reporting and defect resolution.

At least 3 years' experience of MS Dynamics CRM, business analysis skills and can demonstrate working in large corporate environment. Experience working within hospitality and ideally luxury retail environments .
