Person Specification

An enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and a high attention to detail, able to work as part of a team as well as managing their own work load and time management. Keen to learn - through on the job training, formal training and personal study.

Essential Skills:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Desktop and general IT Skills
- Resilient with the ability to problem solve IT issues
- Clear written and verbal skills
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Windows 7 and 10 desktop supports
- Basic TCP/IP Networking skills (addressing, name resolution etc.)

Desirable skills
- Experience working with Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Experience working in cloud-based environments - Office 365, Azure
- Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019.
- VoIP experience
- Experience in Citrix environments

- Must have ability to empathise and listen actively to customers IT needs
