FTC 6 Months, with possibility to extend
Our client, a leading provider of life science solutions, are now looking for a strong experienced Clinical Lead Advisor to manage a high profile contract of 5 Lab Sites and join their PMO team in Solihull on a prestigious project for a fixed term contract of 6 months that could well be extended further on a rolling basis.

As a key senior member of our clients Project Management team, you will oversee all aspects of the assigned commercial project from the clinical side. You will manage this project and build a strong relationship in a manner that exceeds our Clients customer expectations and ensures that all work adheres to all company safety and quality policies.
The successful candidate will have a solid background and experience in a medical/health or scientific, pharma sector, ideally virology or molecular biology as you will be the face of this project. Liaising with DOH and other Health officials and government bodies. Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, previous high-profile client relationship management is desirable and being able to work closely with other senior stakeholders externally and internally.
We are looking for someone who is very technical within Labs with RT (Real Time)PCR Methods robotics, testing, liquid handling techniques or wet labs. You will also be very operational with a strong proven background of business acumen.
Please note, this role will require a lot of travel across the sites in the UK so the ideal candidate will need to be flexible and ok with staying away from home on numerous occasions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Demonstrate a proven track record in as a Clinical Advisor or a Scientific Advisor within Health/Medical/Scientific or Pharma industries with ideally a virology or molecular biology background
Manage all the client’s needs in a timely and professional manner, being the one point of contact for this project.
Strong proven corporate business acumen.
Set clear goals and expectations to staff.
Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the sector.
Ability to visit the projects sites to build key relationships with the Client
