Exciting and rare opportunity to join a renowned and highly respected luxury retirement living operator as the Sales Manager of their flagship, central London retirement village. Mainly focused on re-sales, this will be a proactive and motivating role where you will be the external face of a leading operator well known for their high quality retirement living. We are looking for an experience property sales professional, who is focused on exceptional customer service and long-term relationship building.

This role will be incredibly varied and no two days will be alike. Whilst your main role will be the re-sale of a number of retirement apartments, the overall role is much broader and as such you will be a key member of the senior leadership team. Some of the key aspects of your role will include:

*Reviewing and defining a clear Sales strategies on a monthly and yearly basis

*Proactively growing and maintaining a database of live leads through various channels

*Developing and identifying new business opportunities, analyse purchase patterns

*Ensuring KPIs are met, in particular around enquires and visits

*Keeping abreast of global business trends especially within the Retirement Village Sector

*Developing close relationships with potential new decision makers to increase the company's profile

*Qualifying potential Resident's needs, expectations and directions to best explain the opportunities available

*Pro-actively playing a role in negotiations and bringing differentiating value by providing insights, market expertise and innovative solutions

*Make recommendations for marketing and sales activities including public relations, media advertising, sponsorships, web presence, open days, so as to constantly increase the profile of the organisation and your development

*Fully involved in the end to end property sales process, with special attention to the level of detail the prospective resident will expect

As noted, this role is a rare opportunity to join a leading organisation in this sector and we are looking for an exceptional sales manager to join the team. Therefore from an experience perspective we are looking for individuals who are able demonstrate the following experience:

*Proven property sales track record

*Outstanding customer service experience

*Positively influencing others to achieve common goals

*Ideally knowledge of the retirement living industry and / or the target market

*Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with the client group

*Experience of resolving technical and practical problems and immediately deal with a variety of requests

*Experience in analysing issues and making recommendations on how to resolve them

*Experience / ability to build rapport with a range of people and clients, including high-net-worth individuals
