We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant, to join our renowned and growing organisation on a permanent basis, based in our Leicester branch.
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be to win and service new business, while account managing, growing and maintaining the existing business. You will work with a portfolio of clients, and be responsible for building new and existing client relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting for both temporary and permanent vacancies, and ensuring you have a sufficient labour pool to continually meet the needs of our clients. You will be targeted on your recruitment and fulfilment levels.
The successful applicant will need to have worked within recruitment, and have a proven track record of winning new business.

Good administration, organisation, time management and communication skills are important, as is a competent knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly excel, word and outlook.
