Account Director - Azure, Office 365, Sales, Account Management

Location: Oxfordshire or UK Remote
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 plus Un-capped commission and bonus

The Role: As account director, you will be a fundamental hire to start a rapid growth strategy and will join at a time where you can make an impact, as well as progress. With our next-level investment, we can develop and build both the sales and marketing team as well as introduce new sleek tools and systems.
You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to discover, develop and design solutions for clients which over time create long term partners.
You will have a consultative approach and will have the intuition to understand the client's needs and create a road map of their journey with us.
Our sales are rarely transactional, Microsoft highly values us for our unique ability to generate reoccurring revenue and the ability to embrace long term partnerships through managed services.

We have embraced new technology which enables us to deliver a project which would usually take months in just a matter of weeks; this is due to our shift to DevOps and automation. Giving you the ability not just to promise the best technical ability, but also speed on delivery.
We have some big plans, first for UK based growth, but next to explore growth into Australia and then into the US. The sky is the limit!

You will have experience:

  • Selling Microsoft Azure and O365 Cloud Solutions
  • Representing a Microsoft Partner selling managed services
  • Delivering end to end sales, from acquiring to developing and closing
  • Generating and growing leads using varied tools and methods
  • Building a strong relationship with the Microsoft Fast Track Team
  • Understanding customer's needs with an adequate level of emotional intelligence
  • Developing a company brand
  • Using excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations

The Team: You will be part of a small team, meaning you will have the ability to make and introduce some significant changes to the way we deliver. As we grow, you will work closely with both the sales engineers and the marketing department. We are a mixed bunch, from triathletes to mountaineers, Xbox players and dog lovers. When the team gets together, you will always find something in common! Regular team-building events and development events, be it remote or face to face, ensure a strong social side to the business.

Role progression path: With the company growing, this role could quickly progress into a Head of Sales position should you want to take a more leadership path. Depending on the direction you would like your career to lead, we have a healthy training fund for ongoing certifications and personal development.
