We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager in a newly created role to help reinvent our marketing strategy with a commercial focus to take us to the next step and further boost the journey the business is on.
This is a superb opportunity to work in a business that has this year opened 7 new offices (UK, EU, US), posted record revenues, has a strong international focus and ambitious plans to continue to scale up across its current offices over the next few years, whilst opening up in further locations yearly, both internationally (US and Europe) and within the UK. The Marketing Manager will devise, own and guide the business using their broad expertise from a marketing perspective on revenue generation as key focus, but also in terms of internal recruitment (Sales Consultants) and brand awareness in the main geographic areas.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Reporting to the MD with a dotted lines into both the Business Development Manager and L&D Manager. The Marketing Manager will have a strong focus on revenue generation, but also be tasked building the g2 brand in both UK and Europe.
The key task as a commercially focused Marketing Manager will be bringing in revenue from marketing campaigns working alongside the BD Manager and their team. Alongside this but as a secondary task will be assisting IR and the business to hit headcount targets as well as building the g2 brand to the wider World
Help to develop and keep up to date the g2 website as required
Regularly create, develop and post visuals for our Social Media outlets for Client side attraction, candidate attraction and internal recruitment purposes
Work with a creative agency, photographers, videographers as necessary
Build the g2 brand to prospective employees, candidates and clients
Post blogs run media campaigns and take ownership of this side of the business
Conceptualise ideas for creative videos
Working with BD, develop marketing to be an integral part of ongoing revenue generation
Be a key part of the Talent Strategy working very closely with L&D and IR
Develop the g2 footprint across Europe into our key markets
Balance the key revenue side of marketing with the IR/branding side of the role
Provision of full information in terms of BD and IR results attained from marketing activities
Manage up to MD in terms of KPIs from the 3 key areas BD/IR/Brand awareness
Develop relationships with key supplier partners to drive marketing results
Work with BD and IR departments in terms of the business strategy for all 3 areas of the business
Monitor key metrics in terms of marketing results and produce for accountability purposes
Help BD/IR in terms of Social Media usage and performance
Produce weekly and monthly reports for Leadership Team
Measure ROI through monitoring the source, volume and quality of leads/revenue generated
Ensure all information on the CRM is kept up to date

Have hands on expertise in Recruitment or a related Industry
Degree in Marketing or Marketing related course
A strong Commercial track record of bringing in revenue through marketing activities
Ability to travel
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant
