O365 Support/Win Exchange Support Consultant (Fluent in either German, French, Spanish or Italian)
£200 per day
Initial 1-month contract.
With current Covid restrictions, work will be done remotely throughout the whole contract and can be worked from anywhere in Europe.
Digital Skills are working with a systems Integrator within the technology industry and we are currently recruiting for an O365 Support/Win Exchange Support Consultant. The successful candidates can work from anywhere in Europe however, along with English language skills you will also need to speak either German, French, Spanish or Italian.
Experience & Competencies:
- Experience of Exchange Server (2000, 2007, 2010, 2013) with Active Directory.
- Designing Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange Server 2000,2007,2010,2013
- Migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2013
- Good General Administration Concepts.
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
- Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft Outlook) and Server Side.
- Exposure to exchange hybrid environment
- Communicate with corporate customers via telephone, email, and other electronic
- communications regarding problems.
- Analyse problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing custom code.
- Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
- Write technical articles and sample programs for clients knowledge base.
