This pat-time, 20 hours a week position, responsible for managing the full talent acquisition cycle, under the direction of the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Retention, with an emphasis on entry-level hourly employees. Ensures compliance with governmental and licensure regulations on employment and improves and increases the talent base and employee retention rates.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the Human Resource field, with a concentration on hourly or entry-level recruitment and hiring.
Experience dealing with a diverse population
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
An basic understanding of employment and labor law
High degree of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a high-volume area
Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with all levels of employees, from entry-level to upper-level management
Must be able to communicate via e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face. Must be able to ambulate from building to building. Needs to have sufficient physical stamina and energy to interact with a large number of people and requests on a daily basis. Must maintain a high degree of energy while attending career fairs and other sourcing events. Must be able to transport and set up display.
