Helpdesk Support Engineer - 1st Line, Windows 10, Active Directory, Desktop Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to work in a fantastic team tackling all areas of IT Support. You will have some exposure to 1st line support woking with end user support and have good knowledge of Windows 10, Desktop and Mobile hardware and software. The Helpdesk Support Engineer will involve working as part of a team dealing with all aspects of 1st Line support, with excellent training and progression opportunities into 2nd and 3rd line support. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Essential Skills

1st line support experience

Windows Server
