Job Responsibilities Include:

Manage client relationship in regard to the delivery of SLA based infrastructure, networking and desktop support services

Manage schedule, resources, project analysis/reporting for large programs (40+ FTEs) for maintenance of infrastructure

Direct efforts towards supporting Infrastructure (Server, Database, Security, Network)
Responsible for Quality Assurance past successes and success meeting SLAs- ensure best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Responsible for managing federal programs and required budgeting reporting and dashboarding to executives
Responsible for driving innovation background
Success in transitioning large projects
Work location is Denver, CO with some travel to DC (Alaska possibly)

Collecting, validating, consolidating SLA reports and Status report

Identifying risks and taking preventive and corrective actions as required

Managing daily operations and ensuring a thoroughly satisfied customer

Listening and understanding to client problems and concerns and taking steps to alleviate them

Establishing and managing professional relationship with the clients, contracting office and other stakeholders

Ensuring that the applications under support meets all the functional and non-functional requirements

Strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines
Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and ideas to senior IT management, functional and business teams

Experience with product development and product management (as indicated in the RFP document)

Good technical understanding of .net technologies, PeopleSoft Financials domains, Datawarehouse, BI & Analytics tools

Basic Qualifications:

15-20 years direct experience in support and maintenance of infrastructure, networks, desktops and servers

5+ years' experience modernizing Legacy systems and strong leadership skills

Technical certifications such as Network+, CCNP, etc.

IT Service Management certification (ITIL)

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as PgMP and/or PMP

Experience in environmental safety (nice to have)
Experience in the oil and gas industry (nice to have)

Educations:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relative science and technology field
